The platform provides data maps, timelines, and reports, as well as newsletters and research tools like InsightBoard and DART. The initiative has been recognized by The New York Times for its efforts in compiling a comprehensive portrait of the COVID-19 virus's spread. Global Health is supported by participating institutions and funding from various sources.
